“ It’s always a great experience everytime we visit Jack’s! We’ve always been greeted with a happy welcome, the staff are so attentive and friendly. You can tell the staff get looked after well here which is always lovely to see! Today we opted for a roast and it was lovely! We sat outside in one of the cabins and the heating was so toasty. Would 100% recommend! Dog friendly too ”

The food is delicious, from traditional English dishes to burgers and more, everything we tried (burguers and dishes) was really good. The service is outstanding. The waitresses are super friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. The desserts are amazing too — definitely save room for them! Prices are very reasonable for the quality and their great Google ratings are totally deserved. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back! ”

“ What. A. Place! We found this by chance when browsing Google for a cute restaurant to bring our Grandparents to for lunch. The scenery, location and aesthetic was PERFECT. Jack himself greeted us at the door and showed us through to our table. The first thing and the most stand-out part of the experience was the staff. I have never had so much attention paid to our table whilst visiting a restaurant before. Everyone genuinely cared if the food was good, how we were, can we get anything else etc. every single one of them! They all stopped to chat at some stage and every staff member was a credit to the company. Jack was incredibly friendly and had a laugh with us which was lovely and made us feel important. Then came the food - oh my goodness it was insane. Best bits by far were the pork belly starter, zanger burger and the cherry cola sorbet. Absolutely incredible food. To round it all off, they do offer a 15% Blue Light discount which was gratefully received. Could not be happier with our experience, and I would happily make the 2.5hr drive from our home in the South-East to return here. Thank you Jack, Chelsea & team! ”
“ From the moment we walked in the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were offered drinks at the bar and shortly taken through to our table which was clean and the restaurant was spotless. We were served by Lauren all night who was polite and provided the most perfect service all evening for us. The food was amazing and great value for money and came out quickly considering how busy they were. Jack the manager who was overseeing the whole restaurant kept on top of the customer service as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant. Great variety of GF options which lauren was happy to point out and explain all the specials that was on offer tonight without hesitation. What took the overall experience to another level, was Nick the Magician who rotates at the end of each month with another performer. Between meals we were entertained and had a great laugh. We would recommend Jacks restaurant to anyone and will be back to visit soon!! ”
